Description
Contains two episodes of the 1960s Western television program Bonanza. In The stranger, Ben Cartwright is planning to run for governor of Nevada until a police inspector arrives in town with the intention of taking Ben back to New Orleans to face a murder charge from twenty years ago. In The avenger, Ben and Adam Cartwright are convicted of murder and sentenced to the gallows until a secretive stranger named Lassiter comes to their defense.

The avenger: Ben and Adam are in jail waiting to be hanged for a murder they didn't commit while Hoss and Little Joe try to overturn their convictions.
Description
The stranger: Ben Cartwright's plans to run for governor of Nevada are abandoned when a police inspector arrives in Virginia City, obsessed with taking Ben Back to New Orleans to stand trial for murder.
