Illegal drag racing is tearing up the streets of Hong Kong and only the fine-tuned skills of a former racing champion, now sports car mechanic, can shut it down. But when he puts a stop to a high-speed hot-rodder - who is also a powerful syndicate boss - Chan's most perilous race has just begun. Now he has to beat a super-criminal drag racer in order to release his kidnapped sister.
