Description
In The Paradine case, a spectacular British murder trial brings together a barrister with a wandering eye and a charming young widow accused of poisoning her invalid husband. In Foreign correspondent, an American war correspondent attempts to save a kidnapped Dutch diplomat while attempting to continue his romance with the daughter of a fraudulent peacemaker. In The lodger, the Buntings take in a very reclusive boarder. Is there a connection between a recent wave of Ripper-like murders and ... the lodger?
